Comments
K, so I was wondering why nobody ever comments on this blog and so I tried clicking on the comment link myself to see what was up. I guess the default for new blogs is not to allow anonymous comments, the trouble being if you don't have certain internet accounts that not everyone has you are considered anon. Anyway, I went into the settings and fixed that so if anyone wants to comment y'all should be able to do that, whether you have Gmail or OpenID or not.

First Comment! I think a lot of people who actually have gmail accounts, like me, simply don't want their information indentifiably propagated across the internet and preserved for a possible eternity. One of the web's most appealing features has been anonymity and the free discussion that anonymity catalyzes. On the downside, this leaves your blog open to comment by all sorts of trolls and other irresponsible abusers of anonymity. Hope you had a happy Native American Subjugation Day!
whoops. I meant "identifiably." Though I certainly wouldn't want my information set forth in separate paragraphs either...;-)
