Health

Senor Evergreen got diagnosed: he has mono. I feel so bad for him - he is such an energetic person that it will suck for him to have to mope around and rest for so long. But if he doesn't, he'll just be sick for longer.

My mom thinks that weird illness I had at the end of freshman year was mono, but I'm skeptical. My immune system is good, but I'm not convinced it's kick-ass enough to reduce what's supposed to be a month-long illness to ten days.

Speaking of mom, happy birthday.

Holy Shit. Mono is bad stuff. I really hope you don't end up with it. Stay away! I'm glad you got campus housing.

I wish your mother a happy birthday.

Thanks for the well wishes, and the cryptic gift (took some research to figure out what the "molecule" was).

I can't remember why I thought what you had was mono back then, but I am wondering if you will now come down with it after spending time with The Infected. Yay, East Coast Mono Tour! (Actually the incubation period is 4-6 weeks so you should be ok)
