I don't think it's ever before been so cold (relative to my location and what I'm used to) that I actually think about how to spend as little time outside as possible.
(that was more yesterday than today)

I know what you mean. I have lived in Portland my whole life, and have definitely experienced this kind of cold, but this's the first time I've noticed it structuring my behavior in that anticipatory way.
